ELK RIVER, MN | ERX SNOCROSS NATIONAL
Rounds 11 and 12 brought us to ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota—home track to many racers and crew on the circuit. ERX and the ISOC crew dished out a massive track with an abundance of snow and features, including huge air triples, right and left hand turns, rhythm and whoop sections, and a fast straightaway start. ERX had a great turnout with enthusiastic fans.
STOCK 200
Noah Gillis #189 placed 2-3 in his heat races on Saturday and went on to take 3rd in Saturday’s Stock 200 final.
Trenton Peterson #28 landed on the podium twice over the weekend, taking 3rd place in Friday’s Stock 200 final and 2nd on Saturday.
120 CHAMP
Avery Hemmer #415 earned a 3rd place podium in Saturday night’s 120 Champ final after going 2-1 in her heat races earlier in the day.
Jaxon Houkom #407 swept the 120 Champ class over the weekend, winning both of his heats as well as the final.
TRANSITION 8-10
Charlie Lucas #345 earned an exciting 3rd place podium finish in the Transition 8-10 class on Saturday.
JR GIRLS 9-13
After placing 2-2 in her heat races, Ana Wensloff #174 went on to take 3rd in the JR Girls 9-13 final.
Cecily Bernaiche #24 won both of her heats on Saturday and took 2nd in the final.
Kendall Rose #1 with another perfect day of racing, winning both of her heat races as well as the final.
TRANSITION 9-13
Tanner Johnson #313 won both of his heat races on Saturday and went on to take 3rd in the final.
Carter Meyeraan #125 made two podium appearances over the weekend, taking 3rd in Friday’s Transition 9-13 final and 2nd on Saturday. Meyeraan also placed impressively in his heat races, going 1-2 both days of racing.
Caiden Pflipsen #323 went 2-1 in his heat races on Friday and kept the momentum moving into the final where he took 2nd.
Dylan Lebel #522 had a successful day of racing on Friday, going 3-2 in his heats and taking the win in the final.
Brady Freeland #831 placed 2nd in both of his heat races on Saturday and went on to claim the top spot on the box to cap off the weekend.
JR 10-13
After winning both of his heats, Dylan Lebel #522 claimed 3rd place in the JR 10-13 final.
Brady Freeland #831 went 2-4 in his heats and went on to take 2nd in the final.
Tanner Johnson #313 with a sweep in the JR 10-13 class over the weekend. Johnson won both of his heat races as well as the final.
JR 14-15
Lawrence Eeg #810 earned two 3rd place podium finishes in the JR 14-15 class over the weekend. Eeg went 1-2 in his heats on Friday and 2-1 in his heats on Saturday.
Isaac Peterson #612 reeled in two more podium finishes between the two days of racing. Peterson took 2nd place in both Friday and Saturday’s JR 14-15 finals as well as earning a handful of nice heat race finishes.
JR 16-17
Connor Campbell #331 placed 3-1 in his heats on Saturday and went on to take 3rd in the final.
Lawrence Eeg #810 claimed another podium finish over the weekend, taking 2nd place in the JR 16-17 final after going 1-2 in his heat races.
Thomas Levi #708 won the JR 16-17 final on Saturday after placing 2-3 in his heat races.
SPORT LITE
Tanner Johnson #313 podiumed twice in the Sport Lite class over the weekend. Johnson went 1-3 in his heats on Friday and took 3rd in the final. On Saturday, Johnson went 2-1 in his heat races and took 2nd in the final.
Gavin Love #59 had a successful weekend, placing 2-1 in his heats on Friday and moving on to take 2nd in the final.
Chance Tietjen #500 earned double 2nd place finishes in his heats on Saturday and went on to take 3rd in the final.
Cameron Cole #747 earned a nearly perfect weekend of racing in this Sport Lite class. Cole won both of his heats on Friday and also took the win in the final. On Saturday, Cole went 2-1 in his heat races and cashed in another big win to round off the weekend.
SPORT
Drew Freeland #821 had a solid day of racing, winning both of his qualifiers and taking 2nd in Friday night’s Sport final.
Eric Downs #129 took the win in Friday night’s Sport final after going 2-3 in his heat races.
Ingebrigt Hoelsaeter #252 placed 3rd in Saturday night’s Sport final after taking 5th in both of his heat races.
Crayden Dillon #906 went 2-4 in his heats on Saturday and went on to take the big win in the Sport final.
PRO AM PLUS 30
Tomosuke Sano #106 had an excellent day of racing, going 1-2 in his heat races on Saturday and moving on to take 3rd in the final.
Andy Lieders #57 was back on top of the box after taking a couple of weekends off. Lieders won both of his heat races as well as the final.
PRO SNOWBIKE
Things are heating up in the Pro Snowbike class as Jesse Kirchmeyer #1 and Troy Horbaty #157 continue to battle for the championship. Kirchmeyer went 2-2 in his moto’s on Friday and, after a post-race call which DQ’d Horbaty due to an aggressive race move, Kirchmeyer was rewarded with 1st place overall for the evening. On Saturday, Kirchmeyer placed 3-3 in his moto’s which resulted in 3rd place overall.
Troy Horbaty #157 redeemed himself on Saturday, winning both of his moto’s which resulted in an exciting 1st place overall for the day.
PRO AM WOMEN
Taven Woodie #873 won both of her heat races on Friday and went on to take 2nd in the final. On Saturday, Woodie placed 2-3 in her heat races and took 3rd in the Pro Am Women final.
Malene Cottew #93 swept the Pro Am Women class over the weekend, winning all four of her qualifying races as well as both Friday and Saturday night’s finals.
PRO LITE
Marcus Ogemar #58 placed 1-2 in his heat races on Friday and went on to win the final. Ogemar is currently sitting 4th in the points race.
Ryley Bester #151 cashed in another great day of racing, winning both of his heat races and taking 2nd in Saturday night’s Pro Lite final. Bester is currently 3rd in points, only 7 points behind Nick Lorenz in 2nd.
PRO
Elias Ishoel #200 continues to hold the points lead after earning another big win in Friday night’s Pro final. Ishoel had taken 2nd place in both of his heat races earlier in the night.
