Raposeira Bubbles Racing Team wins in St. André | Race Report from Portugal
February 1, 2018
The first round of the Portuguese Enduro National Championship got under way at the south end of the country in Vila de St. André in a very sandy terrain.
Diogo Vieira now on the Elite 1 class, showed great speed and performance throughout the more than 6 hours race to finish on the top step of the podium.
“It was a very good race, I’m really enjoying the new bike. To win my class was very good and gives me motivation to push even harder during the week”
Rita Vieira now aboard a Yamaha WR250F didn’t start the race as she wanted and few tip overs dictated the final result, finishing this first race in 2nd place
“I knew it wasn’t going to be easy because I’m not really comfortable in the sand, but I learned a lot and evolved during the day. I must thank Raposeira, Yamaha, BRC and all the other sponsors the help.“
The team’s next race will be 25 February in Goís
